Try NowThe National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Mains 2026) provisional answer key for session 1 paper 2A BArch and 2B BPlanning. The JEE Main answer key challenge window is also open now on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Along with the JEE Main session 1 paper 2 answer keys, the NTA has also uploaded the question papers and recorded responses on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in.
To submit a challenge against the provisional answer keys, candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of Rs 200 per question.
In case a challenge raised by a candidate is found valid, the provisional answer key will be revised accordingly and the correction will be applied to the responses of all candidates. The final result will be prepared on the basis of a revised answer key. The NTA will not inform candidates about the acceptance or rejection of their objections.
The last date to challenge the JEE Mains BArch and BPlanning paper 2 is February 20.
How to challenge JEE Main paper 2 answer key 2026
For Paper 2A BArch, objections can be submitted for mathematics and the aptitude test sections, while for paper 2BPlanning, candidates can challenge questions from mathematics, aptitude test, and planning sections.

- Candidates will be required to log in to the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in, using their application number and password.
- Click on the JEE Main paper 2 answer key challenge link, and then select the question IDs.
- The question ID displayed under the correct option column represents the answer key published by NTA.
- Candidates can select one or more alternative option IDs provided against each question and upload supporting documents in a single PDF file.
- Now, proceed to make the payment of Rs 200 per question challenged.
- Review and submit the request.
