Two questions (both from Physics) have been dropped in the JEE Mains session 2 final answer key 2026. For question ID 6911211245, there are two correct option IDs 6911214242 and 6911214244. Candidates who appeared for the JEE Mains 2026 session 2, held from April 2 to 8, can download the final answer key pdf directly from the NTA JEE Main official website as mentioned above.
The NTA provided two days’ time for candidates to raise objections against the JEE Mains 2026 session 2 provisional answer key from April 11 to 13. The NTA will declare the JEE Mains 2026 session 2 results on April 20 for admission to BTech, BArch and BPlanning.
Of the total 11.23 candidates, only 2.5 lakh will qualify the computer-based JEE Mains 2026 examination and be eligible for JEE Advanced.
The JEE Mains 2026 session 2 results will be prepared on the basis of the final answer key. Candidates can calculate their JEE Mains 2026 session 2 score with the help of final answer key and response sheet by applying the formula given below:
- Total Score = (Number of Correct Answers × 4) - (Number of Incorrect Answers × 1)
As per the marking scheme, candidates are given four marks for each correct answer, whereas one mark has been deducted for each wrong response. No marks are awarded for answered questions.

- Look for the link - "Final Answer Keys for JEE(Main) - 2026 [Session-II] (B.E. / B. Tech)."
- Click on it.
- The JEE Main 2026 session 2 final answer key will appear on the screen in a pdf file.
- Check the final answer key and download the pdf.
The JEE Mains 2026 session 2 was conducted for admission to engineering, architecture and planning programmes at Indian Institute of Technology (IITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), National Institute of Technology (NITs), Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs), including other centrally funded institutions, state government engineering colleges, and participating private universities.
