JEECUP 2024 Counselling: Round 4 choice-filling deadline tomorrow; seat allotment on August 17

NEW DELHI: The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh will close the JEECUP 2024 round 4 choice-filling process tomorrow, August 16. Candidates who qualified in the JEECUP 2024 exam can fill preferences of colleges and courses for the counselling by visiting the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in.
As per the JEECUP 2024 counselling schedule, round 4 choice-filling facility commenced on August 14. Based on the choices filled by the applicants, the JEE CUP 2024 round 4 seat allotment result will be declared on August 17. The JEECUP 2024 round 2 seat acceptance fee can be paid between August 18 to 22.
JEECUP 2024 Round 4 Counselling: Document verification
As per the JEECUP 2024 counselling dates, round 4 document verification at the district help centres is scheduled from August 20 to 22. Online balance fee deposit for Government, aided, PPP polytechnic institutes can be paid between August 22 to 23. As per JEECUP round 4 counselling schedule, seat withdrawal deadline is August 24.
JEECUP 2024 Round 4 Counselling: Post- allotment options
After seat allotment in JEECUP 2024 counselling, candidates have the following options:
- Freeze: Accept and lock the allotted seat, opting out of further counselling rounds.
- Float: Accept the current seat but remain open to higher-preference options in later rounds.
- Slide: Accept the current seat but allow for a move to a preferred seat within the same institution in future rounds.
JEECUP Counselling 2024: Documents required
Candidates will require the following documents while reporting at the allotted institute during JEECUP counselling:
- JEECUP 2024 admit card
- JEECUP 2024 rank card
- JEECUP counselling allotment letter
- Qualifying examination mark sheets and certificates
- Character certificate
- Migration certificate (if applicable)
- Reservation certificate (if applicable)
- Two photographs
- Domicile certificate
- Two sets of photocopies of the above-mentioned documents
