JEECUP round 3 choice filling process begins at jeecup.admissions.nic.in; documents required

The Joint Entrance Examination Council (Polytechnic), Uttar Pradesh, has started the choice filling process for the JEECUP counselling 2026 round 3. Applicants can fill out or modify their preferred colleges and diploma branches by visiting the official website of JEECUP at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. The last date to fill out the choices is July 19, 2026.

To fill out the choices, candidates have to enter the details, including application number, password and security code. Applicants can check the JEECUP round 3 seat allotment result on July 20, 2026. The allotment result will be based on the applicant’s JEECUP rank, category, choices filled, and seat availability.

As per the schedule, the online freeze/float option selection for all applicants, along with the deposit of the security and counselling fee will be held from July 21 to July 23, 2026. Meanwhile, document verification will be conducted at the district help centres from July 21 to July 24, 2026. Aspirants who wish to withdraw their admitted seat in JEECUP 2026 round 3 will be able to do so on July 25, 2026.

To fill out the choices for JEECUP round 3 counselling, follow the steps given below:

• Visit the official website of JEECUP at jeecup.admissions.nic.in
• Under the 'candidate activity,' click on the "Round 3 Choice Filling for JEECUP Counselling 2026" link
• The login page appeared on the screen
• Enter the login details, including application number, password and security code
• Add, remove or rearrange colleges and branch and review them carefully
• Lock the choices and submit
• Download the confirmation page for further reference

JEECUP Counselling 2026: Documents required

The documents required for the JEECUP 2026 Counselling are:

• Rank card
• Admit card
• Class 10 and 12 marksheets

JEECUP Counselling 2026: Round 4 dates

As per the schedule, the choice filling for JEECUP round 4 will start from July 27, 2026 to July 29, 2026. The seat allotment result will be out on July 30, 2026. The online freeze/float option selection for all applicants, along with the deposit of the security and counselling fee will be held from July 31 to August 3, 2026 upto 5 pm. Meanwhile, document verification will be conducted at the district help centres from July 31 to August 4, 2026 upto 6 pm. Aspirants who wish to withdraw their admitted seat in JEECUP 2026 round 4 can do so on August 5, 2026. However, the classes for the academic session 2026-27 will start from August 1, 2026.
