Download NowThe Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has declared the JAC 8th result 2026 today, April 16, 2026 on the official website of jacresults.com. According to a report by India TV, a total of 4.81 lakh (4,81,647) students successfully cleared the JAC Class 8 examination this year, with the overall pass percentage reaching 93.31 per cent. Female students outperformed their male counterparts, recording a pass percentage of 93.70 per cent, compared to 92.89 per cent for boys.
Students who have cleared the JAC Class 8 examination will be promoted to Class 9 for the 2026–27 academic session, while those who have failed will have to appear for the compartment exams.
Parents can collect their children's provisional results from their respective schools, and the original signed copies will be issued later by the school. The original marksheets will be provided to schools within two to three weeks.

On the homepage, click on the “Class 8 Annual Examination Result 2026” relative link.

Enter the details, including roll code and roll number.

Finish the captcha verification and then submit the details.

The JAC Class 8 result will appear on the screen.

Download the JAC board 8th class result and take a printout for further reference.
Students are advised to carefully check all the details mentioned on the marksheet, including their name, roll number and roll code, subject-wise marks, total marks, result status (pass or fail), and the division secured (first, second, or third).

JAC board 8th class result: Passing marks
