The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has invited eligible National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2025 candidates to submit documents for MD, MS seats under the Hindu Minority (HM) and Non-Resident Indian (NRI) quotas at Acharya Shri Chander College of Medical Sciences (ASCOMS), Jammu.

Candidates whose names are listed in the JK NEET PG 2025 provisional merit list can submit documents in the prescribed format from November 26 to December 2, up to 3 pm, at BOPEE offices in Srinagar or Jammu.

ASCOMS has 13 seats under the Hindu Minority quota and 5 seats under the NRI quota for MD/MS admissions in 2025. “The NRI / Hindu Minority Quota seats for MD/MS in ASCOMS shall be filled up separately through a process of Physical/Online counselling, the schedule for which shall be notified separately by the Board,” the official notice said.

The Board stated that only Jammu and Kashmir domiciled candidates who have qualified NEET PG 2025, and are listed in the JK NEET PG 2025 provisional merit list, will be eligible for HM and NRI seats. Candidates seeking admission under the Hindu Minority quota will have to submit a certificate issued by the competent authority.
