Download EBookNEW DELHI : The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has postponed the Class 10 board exam 2024 scheduled for tomorrow, March 7, for soft zone schools in view of ‘unavoidable circumstances’. JKBOSE 10th exams 2024 were supposed to begin with vocational subjects from March 7. Now, the paper will be held on April 4.
As per the new schedule, JKBOSE Class 10 board exams 2024 will be held from March 11, 2024 till April 4, 2024. The first exam will be held for English paper.
“It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that in view of unavoidable circumstances the examination of vocational subjects of secondary school examination (Class 10th) session annual (regular) 2024 of soft zone areas of UT of Jammu and Kashmir, which was scheduled to be held on 07-03-2024 (Thursday), has been postponed and shall be held on 04-04-2024 (Thursday),” the board said in an official notice.
JKBOSE cleared that the board exams of rest of the subjects scheduled from March 11 will be held according to the date sheet issued by the board.
Meanwhile, J-K Board Class 12 annual exam 2024 began today for soft zone schools. The board has also issued new exam guidelines to be followed by students.
