NEW DELHI: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education has decided to cancel the JKBOSE board exam 2021 amid the second wave of Covid-19. The evaluation criteria for JKBOSE 11th 12th Board Exams 2021 will be prepared and released soon by the board.
Lt Governor of J&K tweeted, “In view of safety and well-being of students due to Covid pandemic, all pending JKBOSE Examinations session 2020-21 (Regular/Private) for final exams of class XI and XII across JKUT for which examination/results are awaited, are cancelled.”

Earlier, the board had cancelled the Jammu and Kashmir board exam 2021 of Class 10, in view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation.
After CBSE and ICSE, several states have announced the cancellation of 12th board exams 2021. States like Punjab, Assam, and others are yet to take decisions on their Class 12 board exams.
