NEW DELHI: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) will be conducting the JKBOSE Class 12 exams for hard zone areas from today, April 11, 2023 onwards. The exams for all the streams (Commerce, Science and Arts) will conclude on May 15, 2023.

The JKBOSE Class 12 exams will be held in the pen-paper mode. The time table for the exams is available at jkbose.nic.in. The Class 12 students of the board belonging to the hard zone areas will be writing their vocational subject exams today on April 11, 2023.

JKBOSE Class 12 exams 2023: Guidelines

The students about to take the JKBOSE Class 12 exams 2023 should go through the steps given below before appearing for the exam.

  • All the students will be required to report to the exam centre at least an hour before the scheduled time for the commencement of examination.
  • The students must mandatorily carry their admit card hard copies and a valid photo ID proof to the exam centre.
  • The examinees will be given an additional time of 15 minutes to go through the question paper, before attempting the questions.
  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, earphones, tablets, bluetooth devices, speakers, electronic chips and study material such as books, notebooks, blank paper sheets etc are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
  • Malpractices such as cheating, copying or other unfair means will invite the cancellation of candidature.
  • No student will be allowed to leave the exam hall until the examination concludes.
  • The students will strictly be required to adhere to Covid-appropriate behaviour at the exam centres.
