JKCET 2025 Counselling: Choice filling begins tomorrow for BE, BTech admission; schedule at jkbopee.gov.in

JKCET Counselling 2025: The last date to complete choice filling for the first round is June 2. Candidates will have to pay Rs 1,000 to participate in the counselling process.
The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has issued the counselling schedule for the Jammu and Kashmir Common Entrance Test (JKCET) 2025, for admissions to BE, BTech programmes. As per the schedule, the first round choice filling process begins tomorrow, May 30.
Candidates listed on the provisional merit list are eligible to take part in the JKCET 2025 counselling and seat allotment process. The deadline to complete choice filling for the first round is June 2. Candidates will have to pay a counselling fee of Rs 1,000 to participate in the counselling process.
“The Board shall provisionally allow all such candidates to participate in the online counselling process who have failed to upload any of the documents, viz. Domicile Certificate, 12th Class Marks Cards/10th Class Marks Card/Diploma to ascertain the D.O.B etc. with the condition that they must fulfill all the eligibility conditions as mentioned in the Notification No. 018-BOPEE of 2025 dated 03.03.2025 and have to submit all such documents at the time of their admission in the respective college, if selected,” the official notice said.
The JKCET 2025 counselling will be held in three rounds, followed by an additional mop-up round. According to the official notice, any further rounds of counselling, such as stray or special rounds, if conducted by the Board, will be announced separately after the completion of the scheduled rounds.
