JMI PhD Admission 2024: Registration begins on October 10; entrance exam dates soon

Jamia Millia Islamia will close the registration process for PhD admission 2024-25 on October 30. Eligible candidates will have to apply through the official website, admission.jmi.ac.in.
NEW DELHI: Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) informed prospective candidates that the PhD admission 2024 process will begin with the registration process starting from October 10. Eligible candidates who have the required educational qualification will have to apply for JMI PhD admission 2024-25 through the official website, admission.jmi.ac.in.
“Online Applications are invited for admission to Ph.D. programs of Jamia Millia Islamia, Nevw Delhi for the Academic Session 2024-25. The Candidates seeking admission to Ph.D. programs should apply online from 10.10.2024 to 30.10.2024 at https://admission.jmi.ac.in,” the university said.
The last date to apply for Jamia Millia Islamia PhD admission is October 30. “The schedule for entrance tests will be notified separately,” it said.
Meanwhile, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is yet to announce the University Grants Commission - National Eligibility Test (UGC NET 2024) results. In this regard, the advocates have also voiced their support to the NET candidates and addressed UGC chairman Mamidala Jagadesh Kumar asking to immediately declare the UGC NET results 2024 for the June session.
Before proceeding to fill the application form for PhD admission, candidates will have to register on the JMI admission portal. Applicants are required to fill the details asked to generate registration number and password. They will have to login again using the credentials generated to fill the JMI application form.
