JoSAA 2021 seat allotment round 2 tomorrow at josaa.nic.in

NEW DELHI: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2021 will be announcing the JoSAA 2021 seat allotment round 2 tomorrow, November 1, at josaa.nic.in. Candidates will be able to check the JoSAA seat allotment 2021 using their JEE Main 2021 roll number and password.

The authorities will be conducting six rounds of JoSAA seat allotment 2021. The steps to check the JoSAA seat allotment result for round 2 are provided below.

Steps to check JoSAA 2021 seat allotment round 2

• Visit josaa.nic.in.

• Click on the “View Seat Allotment Result- Round 2” link.

• Enter JEE Main 2021 roll number, password and security pin.

• Click on the “Login” button.

• JoSAA seat allotment 2021 round 2 will be displayed on the screen.

• Check the allotment and download the letter.

Candidates who have been allotted seats under the JoSAA 2021 seat allotment round 2 will be able to do the online reporting (fee payment / document upload / response by candidate to query) from November 2 to 3. The last day to respond to the query after JoSAA seat allotment 2021 round 2 is November 5.

Candidates who will be allotted seats under the JoSAA 2021 seat allotment round 2 will have an option to freeze, float and slide their allotted seats. If candidates choose the freeze option, their seat will be locked. Candidates will have to choose the float option, if they are satisfied with their seat allotment but want to be considered for further rounds. If candidates wish to accept the allotted seat but also want to be open for admission into a higher preferred course in the same institute, they can choose the slide option.

The authorities will announce the JoSAA 2021 seat allotment round 3 on November 6. Round 1 JoSAA seat allotment 2021 was announced on October 27. JoSAA 2021 counselling registration and choice filling was open from October 16 to 25.
