JoSAA Round 4 Seat Allotment 2024: Candidates can opt for withdrawal by July 16.
NEW DELHI: The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will announce the JoSAA 2024 round 4 seat allotment result today, July 10. Candidates who registered for the counselling process will be able to download the JoSAA round 4 seat allotment result 2024 by visiting the official website, josaa.nic.in.
Candidates are required to use their JEE Main 2024 roll number and password to access the JoSAA 2024 seat allocation result. In JoSAA counselling, seats are allotted based on JEE Main and JEE Advanced merit, candidate preferences, category, and seat availability. The deadline to respond to queries for JoSAA 2024 round 1 admission list is July 16. Candidates will be able to withdraw seats from July 11 to 16.
JoSAA Round 4 Seat Allotment 2024 Out: Options for candidates
Candidates will need to choose one of the following options after JoSAA seat allotment 2024:
Freeze: Select this if you are satisfied with the allotted seat and do not want to participate in any further rounds of JoSAA counselling 2024.
Float: Choose this if you are happy with the current seat but would like to be considered for seats in other institutes in the upcoming rounds of JoSAA seat allocation.
Slide: Opt for this if you accept the allotted seat but are also open to admission into a higher-preference course within the same institute.
