NEW DELHI: The Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC) has re-opened the registration window for the Jharkhand Combined Civil Service Competitive Exam (JCCSCE) mains 2024. Candidates who have not filled out the JPSC Civil Services Mains 2024 application form can do so through the official website, jpsc.gov.in.
The last date to fill out the JPSC Civil Services Mains 2024 application form is June 14. Earlier, the application window was open from April 26 to May 16, 2024. As per the official notice, the JPSC combined civil services mains 2024 is tentatively scheduled to be held from June 22 to 24, 2024.
The JPSC recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 342 vacancies for various posts, including probation officer, tax officer, jail superintendent, labour superintendent, etc.
JPSC Civil Services Exam 2024: Eligibility criteria
Candidates can check the eligibility criteria for JPSC civil services exam 2024 given below.

Candidate should have completed the minimum age of 21 years old and the upper age limit for the unreserved category is 35 years old. The upper age limit relaxation is applicable for reserved category candidates.

Candidates applying for the JPSC civil services exam should possess a graduation degree from a recognised university or institute, regardless of their field of study.

JPSC 2024: Selection process
The selection process for the Jharkhand JPSC 2024 exam comprises three stages. In the first stage, candidates must clear the preliminary examination, which is an objective type and serves as a qualifying round. In the second stage, candidates proceed to the mains examination, which is a written test and holds scoring importance.
In the third stage, candidates who qualify main exam will appear in the Interview. The final merit list is determined based on the marks obtained in the main examination and interview test, excluding marks from paper 1.
