Karnataka DCET 2024 Counselling: Seat allotment round begins today; results on September 21

NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has commenced the seat allotment round for the Diploma Common Entrance Test (DCET) 2024 from today, September 18. Candidates will be able to fill in their seat preference from DCET’s official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. The seat allotment results for the DCET 2024 counselling will be declared on September 21, after 4 pm.

As per the KEA notice, candidates who have not been allotted seats in the first and second rounds of DCET 2024 counselling are eligible to participate in the seat allotment round. Candidates who were allotted seats in the first or second round of counselling, paid the fees and later cancelled their admission, will not be considered for the seat allotment round.

DCET 2024 Counselling: Required document

The list of required documents to appear for the DCET 2024 counselling process is as follows.

  • Copy of DCET 2024 application form

  • DCET 2024 admission ticket

  • SSLC, Class 10 equivalent scorecards

  • Diploma or equivalent scorecards for all years

  • Study certificate

  • Two recent passport-size coloured photographs

  • Diploma scorecard of all the semesters

  • Original copy of the challan (application fee payment)

  • Rural study certificate (students claiming rural category reservation)

  • Kannada medium study certificate (for candidates claiming Kannada medium quota)

  • Caste and income certificates (if applicable)
