The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA), Bangalore will conduct the counselling for medical and dental admissions in the state soon The Karnataka MBBS/BDS counselling 2021 will be conducted on the grounds of the scores of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET-UG) 2021 for 85% state quota and 100% private colleges seats.

As per the previous year's data, as many as 9,345 MBBS and 3,445 BDS seats are offered in medical and dental colleges through NEET 2021. Aspirants aiming to secure a seat in the top medical and dental college of Karnataka can read further to know more about Karnataka NEET counselling 2021.
NEET 2021 Karnataka Counselling process
The counselling process for Karnataka MBBS/BDS admission 2021 will be conducted in two rounds following a mop-up round in the end for vacant seats. Only those medical aspirants whose names will be included in the Karnataka NEET merit list 2021 will be eligible to apply for participating in the counselling process. Given below is a step by step process of how to take part in the Karnataka NEET medical and dental counselling 2021.

Candidates will have to register for Karnataka MBBS 2021 admission form by entering personal details and email address for communication.

The application ID and password will be sent to candidates’ registered email and mobile numbers. Registered candidates will have to log in using the credentials.

Candidates will be asked personal, category, address, class 10 and 12, and NEET 2021 details, upload the scanned documents and pay the counselling fee via credit/debit card/net banking/bank challan.

Once registered, aspirants need to log in from the candidate portal. After logging in, the online choice filling window will be available.

Fill the choice of courses and colleges for Karnataka medical admissions 2021 in which they want to get admission. It is to be noted that a candidate can choose as many colleges as she/he wants.

Lock the choices once filled in the priority order. Click on the ‘confirm’ button and options will be saved on the server.
Karnataka NEET UG seat allotment 2021
After the conclusion of the registration and choice filling process for each round of Karnataka NEET 2021 counselling, the authorities will conduct the seat allotment process. Karnataka NEET 2021 seat allotment will be done on the basis of the choices filled by the candidates, seat availability, NEET UG 2021 rank, reservation criteria and other factors. Candidates who will be allotted seats will have to report to the allotted college before the last date provided.
