Karnataka NEET UG 2024 Counselling: KEA closes registration today; verification schedule out
KEA UGNEET 2024: The last date to register for counselling at kea.kar.nic.in for admission into MBBS, BDS and other courses offered by Karnataka medical colleges is August 9.

NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced the complete schedule for Karnataka UGNEET 2024 counselling for admission to medical, dental and other UG medical courses offered by participating colleges in the state. The Karnataka NEET UG counselling 2024 registration last date is today. Qualified candidates will have to register and complete the verification process to be considered for admission.
Candidates who have obtained a valid score in NEET UG 2024 exam conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) will have to register on the KEA official website today, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in. They will also have to pay Rs 750 as registration fee if they belong to Karnataka. Those candidates from other states will have to pay Rs 2,500 and NRI, OCI, PIO, foreign nationals candidates will have to remit Rs 5,000 as counselling registration fee.
According to the letter dated July 13, 2023, of Karnataka AYUSH Department, “85% of seats available for admission in government and government aided institutions (except 15% All India Quota) and in Private Institutions all seats (including state quota, all India quota and management/ NRI quota) available for UG courses in Private Ayurveda, Unani and Homeopathy colleges of Karnataka state shall be allotted through KEA.”

Eligible candidates will have to select the ‘UGCET-2024 registered candidates’ link and key in their UGNEET roll number to fill in the details. Verify the details displayed and make corrections if required by clicking on the ‘edit the application’ option.
“Before selecting the declaration take the draft print and verify the entries and do the changes if required. Once declaration is done changes cannot be made,” it said. Before downloading the confirmation page, students will have to deposit the required counselling fee through online mode.
