The updated admission schedule for round 1 follows the declaration of the All India Quota (AIQ) seat allotment results by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC).
Candidates selected in the first round of Karnataka NEET UG counselling should select their choices from August 14 to 16, 2025. Those who are satisfied with the seat allocated to them should select ‘accept and freeze’. They will not be considered for the subsequent counselling rounds.
Candidates can select ‘accept and upgrade’ if they wish to upgrade their allotment through the next round of counselling. If the seat is not upgraded, their current seat will be retained. Candidates availing this choice should pay the requisite fees and report to the college before the next seat allotment round.
