Check NowNEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has announced that Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024 exam dates. As per the official dates, Karnataka PGCET 2024 will be held on July 13 and 14. Candidates will be able to register for the Karnataka PGCET 2024 by visiting the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/.

The Karnataka PGCET 2024 registration will begin on May 27. The last date to apply for Karnataka PGCET 2024 is June 17. The Karnataka PGCET 2024 application fee payment window will close on June 18 at 6 pm.
Candidates are required to pay the Karnataka PGCET 2024 application fee to complete the registration process. Candidates belonging to the General and Other Backward Classes (OBC) categories are required to pay Rs 650 as Karnataka PGCET 2024 application fee. On the other hand, the Karnataka PGCET 2024 application fee for Scheduled Caste (SC) and Scheduled Tribe (ST) is Rs 500.
Karnataka PGCET 2024 syllabus revised
The exam authority has recently announced the revision to the Karnataka PGCET syllabus 2024. The KEA official website read, “The syllabus for Post Graduate Common Entrance Test for MBA, MCA, ME, M-Tech, MArch courses PGCET 2024-25 has been revised in consultation with Vishveshwaraiah Technological University. The syllabus and question paper pattern for PG courses have been rationalized keeping in view the latest syllabus in Universities and other competitive exams. PGCET 2024-25 shall be conducted in line with the revised syllabus published in the KEA website.”
Karnataka PGCET 2024 exam pattern
The examination authority has specified that the new syllabus for Karnataka PGCET 2024 will apply to candidates of all streams. The Karnataka PGCET 2024 will be conducted in one shift. The exam will be held in pen-and-paper mode. The medium of the exam is English. For MBA and MCA candidates, the question paper will feature 100 multiple-choice questions, each worth one mark. The Karnataka PGCET 2024 paper will be divided into four sections.
