NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) will announce the round 1 seat allotment for the Karnataka Post Graduate Common Entrance Test (PGCET) 2024 counselling today, November 9. Candidates registered for round 1 counselling will be able to download the Karnataka PGCET seat allotment result 2024 through the official website, cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the Karnataka PGCET 2024 seat allotment result.
Candidates will be allotted seats to candidates on the basis of their merit and the priority of options entered by them during the option entry. Students can enter as many options as they wish to. The counselling authority advised students not to enter the options directly on the online form without preparing a list of colleges and courses on paper first, as it leads to mistakes, wrong entries, and wrong order of preferences.

Karnataka PGCET 2024 Seat Allotment: Options available
- Freeze: Accept the allotted seat and confirm it; candidates will not be considered in further rounds.
- Float: Accept the allotted seat but remain eligible for a better seat in future rounds.
- Slide: Accept the allotted seat and remain eligible for a better branch within the same college.
