Check NowNEW DELHI: The Karnataka School Examination and Assessment Board (KSEAB) has issued the Karnataka Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) 2024 exam 2 timetable. As per the official timetable, the Karnataka SSLC exam 2 is scheduled to be held from June 7 to June 14 in pen and paper mode.
The state government has declared the discontinuation of Karnataka SSLC and PUC Supplementary Examinations from the academic year 2023–2024. With the new examination policy, students can now appear in three annual tests- exam 1, exam 2, and exam 3. This move aims to alleviate the exam stress and pressure in students. Unlike the previous system where students could opt for a supplementary exam upon failing the main one, the new system permits students to retain their highest scores from all three exams.
The board declared the Karnataka SSLC 2024 result on May 9 at 10:45 am. The Karnataka SSLC exam 2024 was conducted from March 25 till April 6. The pass rate for the Karnataka SSLC 2024 has declined in comparison to the previous year. In 2024, the overall pass percentage stands at 73.40%, whereas in 2023, it stood at 83.89%.
