The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), has extended the last date of registration for the UGCET 2026 till July 30, 2026. This is another opportunity for the students who have appeared for and qualified in NEET UG 2026. Candidates can apply on the official website of KEA at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/KEA. Earlier, the last date for submitting the UGCET application was July 24, 2026.

This registration process is for candidates who are seeking admission to medical, dental and AYUSH courses in Karnataka for the 2026-27 academic session.

The authority has also clarified that it has not received the NEET result data. They will provide an opportunity to applicants to link their NEET roll number. The official tweet reads, “Until then, candidates and parents need not be concerned. After the NEET Roll Number is entered, the document verification process will be carried out.”

Karnataka UGNEET 2026: Steps to apply

To submit the application form for the Karnataka UGNEET 2026, follow the steps given below:

  • Visit the official website of KEA at cetonline.karnataka.gov.in/KEA
  • On the homepage, click on the UGNEET 2026 registration link
  • Applicants can register themselves by using their personal and academic details
  • Enter the NEET UG 2026 information, upload all the documents, pay the application fees and then submit
  • Download the application form and save it for future reference

Registration guidelines for non-Karnataka and special category applicants

Non-Karnataka applicants must register to the KEA portal, fill out the personal and Class 12 details, pay the registration fee and upload their Class 12 marks card in PDF format through the marks entry portal.

Meanwhile, OCI, PIO, NRI and foreign candidates, along with the non-Karnataka aspirants applying under the NRI ward, religious minority, or designated St. John's Medical College quota, are required to book a slot and appear for document verification at the KEA office in Bengaluru, on the notified dates.
