NEW DELHI, APRIL 6: Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has published the admit card of KCET 2018. Registered candidates will now be able to access the admit card in online mode till April 15, 2018. The admit card was supposed to be released on April 10, however, the authorities have issued the document beforehand. Being an important identity document, the admit card consists of details regarding the candidate’s roll number, name, address of centre and date of examination. Since the admit card will be required during the entire admission process,candidates are requested to preserve it safely.

How to Download KCET 2018 Admit Card

The listed steps can be followed by the candidates to access the released admit card

  • Using the link available at the official website, the candidates will have to login using their KCET 2018 application number and date of birth.
  • After logging in, the admit card will be displayed on the screen.
  • All of the details must be thoroughly checked by the candidates before downloading and printing the admit card.

The candidates will be able to see the following details displayed in the admit card

  • Name of the candidate
  • Roll Number
  • Application Number 
  • Address of Examination Centre
  • Date and Time of Examination
  • Photograph of Candidate
  • Candidate’s Signature

If any discrepancy is found in the admit card, then the candidates will have to inform the authorities. The entrance exam will be conducted on April 18 & 19 and it is absolutely necessary for the candidates to produce their admit card at the examination centre. Inability to bring the admit card will make the candidates ineligible for the examination. Along with the admit card, the candidates will also have to bring a valid identity card and two or three ball point pens.

Some Exam Day Guidelines  

  • No calculators, log tables or any type of electronic gadgets will be allowed.
  • The candidates will not be allowed to wear wrist watch.
  • Candidates are requested to be present at the examination centre earlier than the determined timing.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to appear at any exam centre other than the one allotted and mentioned in the hall ticket.
