Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has started the KCET option entry 2021 from today, November 2. Applicants can fill their preferred choices of course and colleges through KCET options entry 2021 from the official website - kea.kar.nic.in.

The last date of KCET 2021 options entry is November 8. It must be noted that the candidates declared eligible after verification will only be considered for KCET option entry. KCET 2021 counselling procedure comprises registration & document verification, options entry, seat allotment and reporting at allotted institutes. Steps for KCET 2021 options entry

Click on the “UGCET 2021” link.

Click on the “KCET options entry 2021” link.

Fill preferred choices of course and colleges.

Lock the filled choices.

Click on the “Submit” button.
Candidates will be allowed to enter all the options in the discipline to which he/she is eligible during KCET 2021 options entry. There is no limit for option entry for KCET 2021. Candidates can enter any number of options as they wish to exercise on their own priority.It is advised to enter more KCET option to avoid the disappointment of not securing a seat.
The exam conducting authority will release the KCET 2021 seat allotment result at the official website. The seat allotment result of KCET 2021 will be released on the basis of choices filled by candidates. Applicants allotted seats in the KCET seat allotment process 2021 have to report at the allotted institutes.
As per the official notification, there are 204 institutes which are providing admissions to BTech courses on the basis of KCET 2021 score.
KCET document verification was conducted as per a rank-wise schedule from September 30 to October 28 and for an extended period on October 29, 30 and November 2. The KCET 2021 exam was conducted on August 28 and 29. The exam authority has released the KCET result 2021 on September 20.
