NEW DELHI: The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) will reopen the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) portal tomorrow, May 11, at 8 am. KCET 2023 registration portal will remain open till May 13, 11 am while candidates will be able to pay the application fee till 6 pm. The application can only be submitted online at the official website of KEA at kea.kar.nic.in.

Steps to register for KCET 2023

  • Visit the official website of KEA at kea.kar.nic.in.

  • Click on “UGCET-2023 Online Application 02-03-2023” in flash news section

  • A new tab will open with instructions on the necessary documents required for completing the online KCET 2023 registration process.

  • Click on “New User? Click here to register.”

  • Enter all the necessary information asked in application form and submit.

  • Once successfully registered, candidates will get application number and user ID on the registered mobile number and on the screen. Save this for future reference.

  • Login using the user ID and password.

  • Completed application form by submitting the required information into general details, reservation, RD details, study details, declaration and payment.

  • The RD details will require passport size image, candidate signature and left hand thumb impression

  • Complete payment method

  • Save form details and payment receipt for future reference

KCET 2023 will be conducted for a duration of 1 hour and 12 minutes. KCET is scheduled to be held on May 20 and 21 while the answer key will be available by May 25. The KCET result 2023 is expected to be announced by June 12.

There are 223 colleges that accept KCET while the mode of counselling is available both only and offline. Admission is open for courses like engineering, BSc nursing, farm science, and veterinary among others.
