The KCET 2026 examination was conducted in offline (pen-and-paper) mode between April 22 and 24, 2026. The test consisted of multiple-choice questions, with each correct answer carrying one mark, and no marks were deducted for incorrect responses.
This year, over 3.3 lakh candidates appeared for the Undergraduate Common Entrance Test (UGCET) 2026. The KCET examination is for applicants who are seeking admission to engineering, pharmacy, agriculture and other professional courses offered by institutions across Karnataka.

KCET Result 2026: Steps to download
To check the KCET scores 2026, aspirants need to follow the steps given below:
- Go to the official Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) website: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in
- Look for the link labeled “KCET 2026 Result” or “UGCET Result 2026” on the homepage
- Click on the relevant result link to proceed
- Enter your application number along with the first four letters of your name
- Press the submit/login button to view your result
- The KCET 2026 scorecard will be displayed on the screen
- Carefully verify all the details such as marks, rank, and personal information
- Download the scorecard and save a copy for future use and admission purposes
The KCET 2026 scorecard will display key information including the candidate’s personal details, registration and roll numbers, marks obtained in each subject, overall score, rank secured, qualifying status, category, and other admission-related particulars.
