Karnataka NEET PG Counselling 2025: Registration starts tomorrow for MD, MS, DnB, diploma admissions

Use NowThe Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has announced the schedule for the National Eligibility Entrance Test - Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2025 for admissions to MD, MS, DnB, and PG diploma programmes. Accordingly, the registration for Karnataka NEET PG counselling 2025 will begin from 11 am tomorrow, October 4. Eligible candidates will be able to apply and pay fee online on cetonline.karnataka.gov.in.
As per the Karnataka NEET PG counselling schedule 2025, the last date for submission of applications is October 9 till 11 am.
“KEA is inviting applications online for admissions to PG medical courses from the eligible candidates who have qualified in NEET PG 2025 for the year 2025-26 for the available PG medical degree / diploma courses in government medical colleges, government quota seats in private and minority medical colleges and private seats in private medical colleges (KPCF, KRLMPCA, AMPCK and private universities) located in the state of Karnataka for the academic year 2025-26,” said the authority in an official notice.

The eligible in-service candidates who have qualified in NEET PG 2025 and wish to apply for DNB or diploma courses are also invited.
Karnataka NEET PG eligibility criteria, fee
As per the eligibility criteria, non-Karnataka candidates will not be eligible for reservation. In the NEET PG 2025, if such candidates have scored the required minimum 50th percentile or above, fixed for general category as per the qualifying criteria, then they are eligible to register for admissions through KEA or for any other seats in the state.
Candidates belonging to the general category will have to pay Rs 1,500 whereas the application fee for the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates is Rs 750. The application fee for non-Karnataka candidates is Rs 4,000 whereas that for NRI, OCI, PIO, and foreign nationals is Rs 7,000.
As per Karnataka PG counselling 2025 rules , candidates will be required to undergo one-year compulsory service after MBBS. Those who discontinue their courses will have to pay the penalty based on their seat.
