Subscribe NowThe Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has issued the document verification schedule for candidates included in the provisional qualified list of the Karnataka State Eligibility Test (KSET) 2025 for the assistant professor post.
Candidates from the Scheduled Caste (SC) category whose names appear in the provisional qualified list and who are currently pursuing their postgraduate degree have been asked to report for document verification from December 22 to December 24.
The document verification process will be conducted in two shifts each day. The forenoon session will be held from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm, while the afternoon session will take place from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm, as per the schedule notified by the authority.
The authority has further asked such candidates to submit a new caste certificate with an RD number issued by the Tahsildar for SC-A, SC-B, or SC-C internal reservation , as per the subject-wise schedule.
“Candidates who are pursuing their postgraduate degree and are qualified under GM, ST, Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B reservation categories should not appear for verification on the above dates,” the official notice said.

Candidates who have sought correction of category after wrongly claiming SC-A, SC-B, or SC-C internal reservation have also been instructed not to appear on the scheduled dates.
The authority also states that candidates whose caste certificates are verified but whose postgraduate degree verification is pending will be allowed to submit their final postgraduate marks cards after completing the degree on dates to be announced later to obtain the KSET 2025 certificate.
As per the official notice, candidates who fail to appear for original document verification on the notified dates will be treated as ineligible and removed from the provisional qualified list.
