Kerala KMAT 2025 exam on February 23; registration begins for MBA admission

NEW DELHI: The Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) has begun the registration process for the Kerala Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2025. The KMAT 2025 exam is scheduled to be held on February 23 for candidates seeking admission to the Master of Business Administration (MBA) course for the 2025-26 academic year

Eligible candidates can register for the Kerala KMAT 2025 exam through the official website, cee.kerala.gov.in. As per the official schedule, the last date to register for the Kerala KMAT 2025 exam is February 10, 2025.

To register for the KMAT 2025, candidates from the general category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 1,000. Candidates from the scheduled caste (SC) category are required to pay Rs 500 while scheduled tribe (ST) candidates are exempted from paying application fees.

Kerala KMAT 2025: Eligibility criteria

Candidates can check the KMAT 2025 eligibility criteria given below.

  • Nationality and Nativity: Both Indian and non-Indian candidates are eligible to apply. However, only Keralite candidates are eligible for all types of reservation or fee concessions.
  • Age: There are no age restrictions for applicants.
  • Academic Qualifications: Candidates must have completed a Bachelor's degree of at least three years' duration in fields such as Arts, Science, Engineering, Commerce, Management, or an equivalent qualification that meets the eligibility criteria for the course.
  • Candidates who are in the final year of their qualifying degree are also eligible to apply, provided their results are declared before the commencement of the admission process for the MBA Course-2025.

KMAT 2025: Qualifying marks

For the General category and SEBC candidates, the cut-off mark is 10% of the total 720 marks, i.e., candidates must secure 72 marks or above to be eligible for admission to the MBA course. For SC and ST category candidates, the cut-off mark is 7.5% of the total marks, i.e., candidates must secure 54 marks or above to be eligible for admission.
