Background wave

Candidates are required to use their login credentials, such as their registration number and date of birth, to download the Kerala NEET UG round 2 seat allotment results.

The Kerala NEET UG provisional seat allotment result will be announced based on the options filled by candidates and the availability of seats. The allotment process is determined by the candidate's NEET UG rank, reservation criteria, and the choices they submitted during counselling. Once the seat allotment is released, candidates must confirm their allotted seat by paying the necessary fee and reporting to their designated college.

Kerala NEET UG Seat Allotment 2024: Options available

  1. Freeze: When a candidate selects the "freeze" option, they accept the seat allotted to them and do not wish to participate in further rounds of counselling. They are satisfied with the seat and will take admission to the allotted college and course.
  2. Float: The "float" option allows candidates to accept the allotted seat but still remain open to being considered for admission to higher preference colleges or courses in subsequent counselling rounds. If a better seat becomes available, they will be upgraded, but if not, they retain their current seat.

  3. Slide: By choosing the "slide" option, candidates accept the seat in a particular college but seek a higher-preference course within the same college. If a seat in a better course becomes available in future rounds, they will be moved to that course while staying in the same institution.

These options help candidates manage their preferences in seat allocation more flexibly based on seat availability in later rounds of counselling.
