Kerala SSLC, HSC exams 2021 to commence from March 17

NEW DELHI: Secondary School Leaving Certificate and Higher Secondary Certificate exams will be conducted from March 17 to 30, 2021. As per the statement of the Chief Minister of Kerala, Pinarayi Vijayan, the SSLC and HSC exams will be conducted by taking all the necessary measures for COVID-19 to ensure the safety of the students.

Special arrangements will be made at the school level to give students proper counselling and arrange sample tests. This will be done to help them deal with unnecessary stress. In regard to this, students will be allowed to visit the school premises with the permission of their parents.

As per the NDTV report, “Classes for those preparing for the practical exam as part of the general exam will start from January 1. All classes at the school and higher secondary level will be continued to be conducted online from June 1.

“At the college level, final year undergraduate and postgraduate classes will begin in early January with 50 per cent strength of the class. Classes will be arranged on a shift basis in the morning and afternoon if required,” the report further added.
