Kurukshetra University to resume offline classes from November 22; Guidelines here

Kurukshetra University hostel allotment process have begun on the official website, kuk.ac.in, and students can register till November 18 (tomorrow).
NEW DELHI: Kurukshetra University will resume physical classes for the first semester students from November 22. Online classes for these students will continue till November 20. The decision to reopen Kurukshetra University was taken in a meeting held in the Vice-Chancellor’s office of the KU administration on Monday.
Students who have received at least one dose of Covid-19 vaccine will be allowed to attend offline classes. Hostel allotment process for the students have begun on the official website, kuk.ac.in. Students can register for hostel facilities till November 18 (tomorrow). However, the allotment will be made only if a student has received both doses of the vaccine.

“Theory classes for 3rd, 5th, 7th and 9th semester students on University campus will continue in online mode till further notice,” the university said. However, the campus is open for these students for subjects that involve practical, training and field work. Hostel facilities are already being provided to these students and will continue.
As per the order issued by Kurukshetra University, it is mandatory for all teachers, non-teaching staff and contract employees to have taken both doses of Covid-19 vaccine. If not done, the KU administration has instructed the chairperson, director, principal, warden and branch officer to get the employees of the concerned department vaccinated at the earliest.
The officials have been also instructed to complete the preparation for reopening the campus within this week.
Kurkushetra University has also released the KUK date sheet 2021 for various semester exams to be held in December 2021. Students can download the KUK date sheet 2021 from the official website or - Click here .
Students can also check the KUK results 2021 and apply for re-evaluation before the last date mentioned by the university. The last date to apply for re-evaluation for most of the courses is November 30, December 1 and 2, without late fee.
