LPU Placements 2023: Over 1,100 students secure packages up to Rs 64 lakh
LPU Placements: Students from the architecture and MBA programmes received packages of Rs 31.69 lakh and Rs 29.3 lakh, respectively.

NEW DELHI: More than 1,100 students of Lovely Professional University (LPU) secured placements with packages ranging from Rs 10 lakh to Rs 64 lakh in the campus recruitment drive for the batch of 2022-23. According to the institute, the average package of the top 10 per cent of LPU students is Rs 12.3 lakh.
According to the official press release, Yashasvi Yaduvanshi and Harsh Vardhan from Bachelor of Technology (BTech) Computer Science and Engineering secured packages of Rs 52.08 lakh each at Microsoft. A mechanical engineering student from the 2022-23 batch received the highest CTC of Rs 54.9 lakh. Students from the architecture and Master of Business Administration (MBA) programme received packages of Rs 31.69 lakh and Rs 29.3 lakh, respectively.
A student from LPU's 2018 batch, Yasir M, secured a package of Rs 3 crore from an IT company. Additionally, another student, Pawan Kunchala, received a package of Rs 1 crore from IT company TC Central, the institute said.

LPU Placements: Over 5,500 offers
As per the institute, more than 350 companies that recruit students from Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), National Institutes of Technology (NITs), and Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) also recruit students from LPU.
LPU students have received more than 5,500 placement offers from Amazon, TCS, Bosch, Trident, Federal Bank, Bank of America, Flipkart, Cipla, LG Electronics, Qatar Highways, Torrent Pharmaceutical, IndiGo and many other prestigious Fortune 500 companies across various sectors like engineering management, hotel and tourism, medical, agriculture, social science etc.
According to the official press release, the admission process for the 2024 batch at LPU is underway. Candidates will have to appear in the Lovely Professional University National Entrance and Scholarship Test (LPUNEST) 2024 and interview to get admission in various programmes.
