Madras University invites application for PG, PG Diploma, certificate courses

Those who wish to pursue PG courses in Madras University will have to submit the application form through the official website, unom.ac.in.
NEW DELHI: The University of Madras has begun the registration process for postgraduate (PG), postgraduate diploma courses today. Those who wish to pursue PG courses in Madras University will have to submit the application form through the official website, unom.ac.in.
Applicants should note that the last date to apply for PG, PG diploma, certificate course is June 30, 2023. “Foreign Nationals including NRIs with valid passports and visa issued by the Government of India and refugees will be considered for admission subject to the conditions prescribed by the Government, eligibility of schooling and qualifying examinations passed,” the official website read. However, they are exempted from appearing in the entrance examinations.
Madras University will soon be announcing the entrance exam dates for the PG admission 2023. Applicants will have to make the payment of Rs 354 for registration.
Madras University PG Admission 2023: Documents
Applicant must keep the scanned copies of following documents handy before filling in the application form.
- Passport size photograph, max size 50KB and dimensions 100px (minimum width) X 130px (minimum height)
- Signature, maximum size 50KB and dimensions 140px X 60px
- Tamil Nadu candidates should upload self-attested caste certificate, max size 100KB.

How to apply for Madras University PG admission 2023
Aspirants can follow the steps given below to submit Madras University admission form 2023.
- Visit the University of Madras official website, unom.ac.in.
- Click on the PG admission open link.
- It will redirect you to PG admission portal of the university.
- Indian citizens will have click on “Apply Indian candidates”
- While candidates from abroad will have to apply through “Foreign candidates”
- Read the instructions and click proceed.
- Now fill in basic details to generate registration number and password.
- Login again and upload documents in specified format.
- Pay the application fee and submit the form.
- Download confirmation page for future reference.
