MAH 5-year LLB CET 2024 registration closes tomorrow; application fees, age limit criteria

Download EBookNEW DELHI: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will close the registration process for MAH LLB 5-year CET tomorrow, February 18. Candidates who wish to apply for government, aided and unaided colleges offering 5-year LLB courses in the state will have to submit their MAH LLB application form on the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org, before the deadline.
The MAH 5-year LLB CET exam 2024 will be held on May 3 at various exam centres across the state. Candidates who have completed Class 12 or equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% in aggregate for open category, 42% for OBC students belonging to Maharashtra and 40% for SC, ST will be considered eligible.
Those candidates who have obtained higher secondary pass certificates after completing the course in distance or correspondence are also eligible to apply, however, applicants who have obtained 10+2 through the open university system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible.
Currently, there is no age limit for applying to a 5-year LLB course. However, based on the Supreme Court order on the pending case, the CET Cell will announce the amendment in age limit. If applicable, the age limit for open, EWS category candidates will be 20 years and SC, ST candidates from the state will be 22 years as on July 1, 2024.
