The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) has extended the MHT CET 2026 registration deadline for the Master of Computer Application (MCA) and Master of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (MHMCT) programmes. Eligible candidates can now submit the MAH CET MHMCT, MCA 2026 application form till February 18, 2026.

Candidates can register for the MAH CET entrance exam 2026 through the official website at cetcell.mahacet.org. MHT CET 2026 MHMCT, MCA exams will be held on March 25 and 30, respectively.
In order to apply, candidates belonging to the General category from Maharashtra and outside the state will have to pay Rs 1,500 as the MAH CET 2026 application fee. Backward class, SC, ST, EWS, and other gender candidates will have to pay Rs 1,300.

Candidates who have completed a graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for the reserved category) are eligible to apply for the MAH CET MCA 2026.
For M.HMCT, candidates who have completed a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (or equivalent) are eligible to apply.
Candidates appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear for the MHT CET 2026 exam for M.HMCT and MCA admissions.
As per the official State CET Cell notice, candidates must generate an APAAR ID to register for MAH CET 2026 for MHMCT and MCA admissions. Those who do not have an APAAR ID should create one through DigiLocker.
Applicants are also advised to check that all Aadhaar details are correct and updated, including their name, date of birth as mentioned in the Class 10 certificate, recent photograph, address, father’s name, and the mobile number linked to Aadhaar.
