MAH MCA CAP counselling 2024 registration last date extended; verification ends on July 28

NEW DELHI: Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has extended the Computer Applications (MCA) Centralised Admission Process (CAP) counselling registration last date. Eligible candidates will have to submit the MAH MCA CET counselling form 2024 by 5 pm on July 27. The Maharashtra MCA CAP registration link 2024 has been hosted on the official website, mca2024.mahacet.org.in.
MAH MCA CAP registration "has been extended till 27-07-2024 up to 05.00 PM and Verification of Applications has been extended until 28-07-2024 up to 05.00 PM," official website read.
Maharashtra, all India, NRI, OCI, PIO, CIWGC category candidates will have to register and upload the required documents in the specified format before the deadline. Migrant candidates belonging to Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh will also be allowed to avail the facility during this period.
The merit list for MCA admissions 2024 will be published on the basis of the MAH MCA CET score or the marks obtained in the qualifying examination. In case a student has secured 44.59% or 44.99% it will be rounded-off to 45%.
Candidates may fill in a maximum of 300 choices of institutes and courses in decreasing order of their preference. Based on the choices filled, the MAH MCA CAP round 1 counselling allotment will be made. If a candidate is allotted their first choice in the round 1 counselling, it will be auto-locked and will not permitted to participate in the subsequent rounds.
MAH MCA Counselling: Documents required
Candidates will have to submit the scanned copies of the following documents during the verification process.
- SSC or Class 10 mark sheet.
- HSC, diploma, BSc mark sheet.
- Qualifying examination mark sheet
- MHT CET score card
- Or, JEE, NEET UG, NATA, CUET, GATE, GPAT etc.
- School Leaving Certificate, if required to substantiate the claim.
- Certificate of the Indian nationality of the candidate.
