MAHA TET 2025 result out on mahatet.in; raise objections by January 21

Maharashtra TET Result 2025: Candidates can download their scorecard using their username and password. Qualified candidates will receive the TET certificate, valid for a lifetime.
The Maharashtra State Examination Council, Pune has announced the Maharashtra Teacher Eligibility Test (MAHATET) 2025 result. Candidates who appeared for Paper 1 and Paper 2 can view their MAHA TET 2025 results online through their login on the official website, mahatet.in.
Candidates will need to use their login details, such as username and password, to access the result and download the MAHA TET 2025 scorecard. The scorecard will carry details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, registration number, photograph, marks obtained in Paper 1 and Paper 2, total score, and qualifying status.
“Candidates who appeared for Paper 1 and Paper 2 can view their provisional result online through their login on http://mahatet.in from 6:00 PM on January 16, 2026,” the official notice said.
Candidates who are not satisfied with their score and wish to request re-evaluation of marks or submit objections regarding the provisional result can do so online through their login on the official portal. As per the official notice, the MAHATET 2025 objection window is open from January 16 to January 21, 2026, until 6 PM. Submissions through any other mode will not be considered.
The MAHA TET 2025 final answer key for both papers was released on January 12, 2026. The MAHATET 2025 exam was conducted on November 23, 2025. Candidates should keep a copy of the scorecard for future reference and further recruitment or eligibility processes.

MAHA TET 2025 qualifying marks
The category-wise cut-off marks for MAHA TET 2025 are 50% for General candidates and 45% for EWS, OBC, SC, and ST categories. Candidates who meet or exceed these marks will be considered qualified and eligible for the MAHA TET certificate. The certificate is valid for a lifetime and can be used for teacher eligibility as per the prevailing recruitment rules.
After getting the MAHATET 2025 certificate, candidates should register on the Pavitra Portal. Marks from MAHA TET 2025-26 will automatically sync with the portal using the registration ID. This ensures authenticity during recruitment.
Candidates included in the final merit list can apply for teaching positions in Maharashtra. Institutions may conduct additional selection processes, such as interviews or document verification, before final recruitment.
