NEW DELHI: Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell (Maharashtra CET Cell) will reopen the Maharashtra AYUSH registration window again as the NEET UG cut-offs 2024 have been reduced by 15 percentile by the ministry of AYUSH for admission into BAMS, BHMS, BUMS courses.

The Maharashtra AYUSH NEET UG counselling schedule for online stray vacancy round-3 as notified in the circular dated October stands cancelled. The State CET Cell will host the registration link tomorrow, November 19, on the official website, medical2024.mahacet.org/NEET-UG-2024/.
The National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) and National Commission for Homoeopathy announced its decision to reduce the qualifying marks of NEET UG 2024 for admission to Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), Bachelor of Uninani, Medicine and Surgery (BUMS), and Bachelor Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS). The category-wise NEET UG revised cut-offs 2024 are given below.

Maharashtra AYUSH NEET UG 2024: Eligibility
- Candidates who have already registered will not be allowed to register again.
- Candidates who had registered earlier but did not fill preference due to higher eligibility criteria will be permitted to fill choices.
- Candidates who had registered earlier and were eligible as per previous eligibility criteria but were never allotted a seat and were eligible for Online Stray Vacancy round-3 will have to fill preference again as the choices submitted earlier is null and void.
- Candidates who had participated in the previous rounds and have joined seat of round 1 and 2 or were allotted a seat in CAP-3 or subsequent online stray vacancy rounds will not be eligible for these rounds.
- Candidates registering for the stray vacancy round will only be considered for vacant seats.
- It is mandatory to join the seat allotted during online stray vacancy round
- The choice of courses and colleges opted by the candidates will be used for subsequent rounds as well.
