Maharashtra BPharmacy, PharmD registration begins from July 7; admissions through NEET, MHT CET scores

Maharashtra BPharmacy, PharmD Admission 2025: The last date to complete the registration process is July 14. The final merit list will be released on July 23.
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell will open the registration window for Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharmacy) and Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) admissions for 2025-26 on July 7. Candidates who have qualified the Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET) 2025 or the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2025 will be eligible for admission.

Candidates seeking admission to government, government-aided, university-managed, ICT Mumbai and unaided private pharmacy colleges will have to complete the registration and document verification by July 14 through the official website at mahacet.org. Document verification will be done through e-scrutiny or physical scrutiny. In e-scrutiny, documents are verified online, while physical scrutiny requires visiting a facilitation centre.
For first-year BPharmacy admission, candidates should have passed Class 12 with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology. Open schooling qualifications like NIOS are not accepted. For first-year PharmD admission, candidates should have passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics or Biology, or hold a Diploma in Pharmacy from a Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) approved institution.
Maharashtra BPharmacy, PharmD Admission 2025: Application fee
As per the official notice, candidates who have already registered for the MAH-MHT-CET 2025 do not have to pay any registration fee. However, candidates who have a valid NEET 2025 score for admission in the academic year 2025-26 but have not registered for MAH-MHT-CET 2025 are required to pay the application fee is Rs 1,000 for the general category.
For reserved category candidates, persons with disabilities (PWD), orphans, and transgender candidates belonging to Maharashtra, the fee is Rs 800.
The provisional merit list for Maharashtra and All India candidates will be displayed on the official website on July 18, 2025. Candidates can submit grievances, if any, between July 19 and July 21. The final merit list will be released on July 23. Applications registered after July 14 or verified after July 15 will be considered only for non-CAP seats.
