Maharashtra NEET MDS 2025: Round 1 counselling registration closes today; fees, seat matrix

The Maharashtra CET Cell will also be uploading the MDS seat matrix today for the 50% state quota seats. NEET MDS qualified candidates will have to submit the applications today.
The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will close the application window today for round 1 Maharashtra NEET MDS counselling 2025 held for postgraduate dental admissions. NEET MDS qualified candidates are required to complete the registration process today if they wish to participate in the Maharashtra NEET MDS counselling 2025.
Candidates who qualified the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) will be allowed to submit their application for counselling under 50% state quota seats in state government, corporation, state and central government-aided, unaided private, and minority dental institutions.
According to the schedule, today is the last date to apply for round 1 of the Maharashtra NEET MDS counselling 2025 through the official website, medical2025.mahacet.org/NEET-PGD-2025/login. They will have to make payment and upload all necessary documents today to be considered for the seat allocation.

After filling the application form, candidates will have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 3,000. Those applying for admission to government dental colleges in Maharashtra without constitutional reservation will have to pay Rs. 25,000, and Rs 1 lakh security deposit if they are applying for government or private colleges.

Maharashtra NEET MDS 2025: Seat matrix
The State CET Cell will also be uploading the Maharashtra MDS seat matrix today for the 50% state quota seats.
Of the 50% seats, 15% in PG degree courses in Maharashtra government dental colleges will be reserved for in-service candidates who are permanent and have served at least for 3 years.
Five percent of available seats in government and govt-aided will be reserved for person with disability (PWD) candidates and 1% of available postgraduate seats are reserved for orphan category candidates.
“There will be constitutional reservation applicable in available state quota seats, after excluding All India Quota (AIQ),” the information brochure read.
