Maharashtra NEET UG 2025 round 1 seat allotment list out; 38,372 candidates provisionally selected

Download EBookThe State CET Cell Maharashtra has announced the Maharashtra National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Undergraduate (NEET-UG) counselling 2025 round 1 seat allotment results 2025 today, August 13. A total of 38,372 candidates have been provisionally selected for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in the first round of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP).
Candidates who participated in the Maharashtra NEET UG counselling 2025 can download the round 1 seat allotment list through the official website, medicalug2025.mahacet.org/NEET-UG-2025/. The selection list PDF will carry details such as serial number, AIR, NEET roll number, CET form number, candidate’s name, gender, category, allotted quota, college code, and the name of the admitting institute.
Candidates included in the list are required to report to their respective colleges and complete the further admission process by August 22, 2025, excluding August 15 and 16. The institutes will verify original documents and confirm eligibility as per the NEET(UG)-2025 brochure.
“Candidate should submit all the original documents as per his/her claim and pay the requisite fees in the selected college within the stipulated time; failing which this selection stands cancelled. This seat allotment is conducted on the seat(s) that are approved/permitted by MCI/NMC/DCI and affiliated to MUHS, Nashik only,” the official selection list PDF said.
Earlier, the State CET Cell released the Maharashtra NEET-UG 2025 merit list , confirming that 60,021 candidates were eligible for the state counselling process. According to the latest data from the National Medical Commission (NMC), Maharashtra has a total of 10,845 MBBS seats, comprising 5,125 government seats and 5,720 private seats.
