Try NowThe Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has allowed candidates participating in the second round of the National Eligibility Entrance Test for Postgraduate (NEET PG) counselling 2025 to change their nationality from Indian to NRI till 8 am o December 3 through email to – nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com.

“Such candidates should send their relevant documents as mentioned below, in support of their claim to change nationality from Indian to NRI through e-mail nri.adgmemcc1@gmail.com till 08:00 AM of 3rd December 2025,” MCC said in an official notice.

The counselling committee informed students that mails received before or after the stipulated time will not be considered. “Candidates are advised to send all documents enclosed in single mail only, within stipulated time. Mails received in piecemeal and in duplicate will not be considered,” it added.
NEET PG 2025 Counselling: Documents required for nationality change
Candidates are required to submit the following documents:
- NEET PG 2025 admit card
- NEET PG 2025 scorecard
- Proof of NRI status: Valid passport or Visa / Residence Permit / Work Permit or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card / PIO card, if applicable or NRI Certificate issued by the Competent Authority (Embassy / Indian Consulate).
- Certificate of Relationship between the NRI relative and the candidate issued by the competent Revenue Authority through Family Tree.
- Affidavit (Notarized) by the NRI relative stating that they will sponsor the entire course fee and living expenses of the candidate during the period of study duly supported by NRE (Non-Resident External) Bank Account Pass Book.
- Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and passing certificate
- Birth certificate
- Passport of candidate/ Sponsorer (optional)
As per MCC NEET PG counselling schedule 2025, the registration and choice-filling for the second round will start from December 5. Candidates will be able to apply for MD, MS admissions on the official website – mcc.nic.in.
