Use NowAfter multiple postponements, the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has declared the NEET PG round 3 provisional seat allotment results 2025 today for the remaining vacant seats. A total of 10,086 fresh allotments were made in round 3 counselling. MCC NEET PG counselling 2025 live updates
The MCC NEET PG round 3 allotment list also revealed that 7,899 candidates who were allotted seats in the previous rounds did not fill up any fresh choices in round 3. Candidates can view and download their allotment letter from the official website, mcc.nic.in.
Candidates will also be allowed to report discrepancies in the round 3 provisional allotment by 11:30 am on February 4 through the email id mccresultquery@gmail.com, after which the provisional result will be treated as ‘final’. The committee has also instructed students to report to the allotted college only after the declaration of the final allotment results.
The NEET PG counselling dates were also revised several times before due to addition and withdrawal of seats, and pending legal cases. The latest published “schedule has been prepared keeping in view the SLP (C) No. 3280 of 2026, titled Asad Mueed & Ors Versus Jamia Hamdard Deemed to be University & Ors”, the MCC said.

In the Supreme Court order in Asad Mueed & Ors versus Jamia Hamdard Deemed to be University & Ors, it approved the addition of 49 PG medical seats for the ongoing NEET counselling.
Notably, the ministry of health and family welfare approved the reduction in NEET PG cut-off percentile to zero and cut-off marks to -40 for round 3 admission to fill 18,000 vacant seats
