MCC finalises NEET UG seat allotment 2025 after removing 1 AIIMS Delhi MBBS seat

Try NowThe Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has finalised the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) seat allotment result 2025. Candidates can check the final seat allotment result for round 1 of NEET UG counselling 2025 for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in MBBS, BDS programmes on the official website, mcc.nic.in.
In a major update, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi has removed one seat for Scheduled Caste (SC) - Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category. The counselling committee informed that the seat has been withdrawn from the MCC seat matrix 2025 for the first round of counselling in compliance with a Supreme Court order. Top 48 NEET UG 2025 rank holders secured seats in AIIMS New Delhi. Careers360 spotted that only 131 seats were filled while the institute notified 132 MBBS seats in the provisional allotment.
MCC has asked candidates to report to the allotted institutes from August 14 onwards. Before reporting, students are required to download their NEET UG seat allotment letter from the website.

At the time of reporting, candidates have to carry all the required documents in original along with their photocopies for verification. The counselling committee asked aspirants to report to the allotted institute within the given time frame mentioned in the NEET UG counselling schedule 2025.
How to check NEET UG round 1 seat allotment 2025?
The steps to download the NEET UG final seat allotment letter:
- Visit the MCC official website, mcc.nic.in and go to UG Medical tab
- Login with NEET UG roll number and password
- NEET UG round 1 seat allotment order will be displayed.
- Download the allotment order and take a print out
NEET UG Counselling 2025: Documents required for reporting
Candidates will need the following documents during admissions:
- Allotment letter issued by MCC
- NEET UG 2025 admit card
- NEET UG 2025 result or rank card
- Date of birth certificate (if matric certificate does not bear the same)
- Class 10 certificate
- Class 12 certificate
- Class 12 marksheet
- Eight passport-size photographs same as that affixed on the application form.
- Proof of identity (Aadhar/ PAN/ Driving Licence/ Passport)
- NRI candidates should bring passport copy of sponsorer, embassy certificate, sponsorship affidavit (stating that sponsor is ready to bear the expenses for the whole duration of study), relationship affidavit (relation of candidate with the sponsorer)
- For OCI/PIO/Foreign national candidates citizenship certificate/card number documents are mandatory
- SC or ST certificate, if applicable
- OBC-NCL certificate if applicable
- Disability certificate issued from a duly constituted and authorized medical board in an online format by the designated centers, if applicable
- EWS certificate, if applicable
