MDI Gurgaon to close application for PG diploma admissions on November 24; selection criteria
Indian students will be granted admission through CAT 2023 and international students will be admitted through GMAT score.

NEW DELHI: Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon will close the application process for postgraduate diploma process on November 24. The institute will grant admission to Indian candidates based on Common Admission Test (CAT 2023) score and for international candidates through Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT).
The institution offers full-time postgraduate programmes, including PGDM in Management, PGDM-Business Analytics, PGDM-Human Resource Management, and PGDM-International Business.
The MDI Gurgaon application link will be closed at 5 pm on November 24. As per the selection process, the score will be calculated combining academic scores in Class 10 and 12, and academic, gender, regional diversity. The institute will conduct group discussion and personal interview.
MDI Gurgaon has different eligibility criteria for its PGDM, PGDM-HRM, PGDM-Business Analytics and PGDM-IB programmes. Applicants should have a 3-year bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any university recognized by the AICTE, AIU, ministry of HRD.
For the PGDM-IB programme, the eligibility criteria is slightly different. Candidates must possess a 4-year bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any recognized university and also possess a minimum of 1 year work experience as on January 31, 2024.
MDI Gurgaon has been ranked number 13 in the National Institute of Ranking Framework (NIRF) under B-school category. It also recorded 100% placement rate with an average salary of Rs 27.67 lakh per annum (LPA). Similarly, the average salary for PGDM-HRM has also increased to Rs.26.42 LPA from Rs.23.80 LPA in 2022.
The highest salary in 2023 was at Rs. 60 LPA in consulting, general management and sales and marketing sector.
