MET 2026 rank cards out at manipal.edu; Round 1 counselling registration begins; apply by June 6

Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has released the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2026 rank cards at manipal.edu for candidates who appeared in the Manipal Entrance Test. Applicants can now access their ranks by logging into the official admission portal using their registered credentials.

The university has released the rank cards exclusively through the online mode, and no physical copies will be issued. Candidates from both Phase 1 and Phase 2 examinations can now view their ranks and download the rank card for use during the admission process.

As per the MAHE entrance pattern, the final ranks have been prepared by assigning equal weightage to a candidate's MET 2026 performance and Class 12 board examination marks. For students who appeared in both phases of the entrance examination, the higher of the two MET scores has been considered while preparing the merit ranking.

MET 2026 Rank Card: How to download

Candidates can follow the steps below to access their rank cards:

• Visit the official MAHE admission website and navigate to the candidate login section.
• Enter your registered email address and password used during the application process.
• After logging in, open the dashboard and locate the MET 2026 Rank Card option.
• Click on the relevant link to view your allotted rank.
• Carefully verify the details displayed on the screen.
• Download and save the rank card PDF for counselling, seat allotment, and future admission-related requirements.

In addition to the rank card release, the university has commenced the Round 1 counselling registration process. Eligible candidates can complete registration and submit their programme preferences through the counselling portal. The last date to register for the first round is June 6, while the seat allotment result is scheduled to be announced on June 8.

Candidates can follow the below steps to register for MET 2026 Counselling;

• Visit the MAHE counselling portal and log in using your application number and password.
• Review and update your profile details, if required.
• Upload your Class 12 marksheet for verification.
• Pay the Rs 10,000 counselling deposit through the available online payment modes.
• Select and arrange your preferred courses and campuses in order of priority.
• Review all choices carefully before submission.
• Lock and submit your preferences before the deadline.
• Save the confirmation page and payment receipt for future reference.
