MET Counselling 2021: MAHE to revise schedule from round 3 as AICTE approves new campus

AICTE has approved starting a new MIT campus at Bengaluru which will be a part of MET counselling. Thus, a revised MET counselling schedule from round 3 will be announced soon.
The MET syllabus covers subjects from the Class 11 and 12 curriculum, including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English.
Download NowNEW DELHI: Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) will soon release a revised MET counselling schedule 2021 for further rounds. This revision in the MET 2021 counselling schedule from round 3 is being done due to an approval of a new engineering campus of MIT. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has approved the starting of a new engineering campus at Bengaluru, ‘Manipal Institute of Technology (MIT) Bengaluru’. Now, this campus will also be a part of MET 2021 counselling and therefore the authorities will release a revised schedule on the official portal soon.
Earlier, MAHE had released the complete MET counselling 2021 schedule of seven rounds. Out of the seven rounds of MET counselling 2021, two rounds have been successfully conducted till now. MET seat allotment result of round 1 was announced on July 21 and that of round 2 was declared on August 4.
The counselling registration for MET round 3 was to begin from August 11 but now the dates have been deferred and a new schedule with the MET counselling dates from round 3 will be released later.
MET Counselling Procedure 2021
There will be seven online rounds of MET 2021 counselling. However, the authorities may conduct an additional round of MET counselling before/ after the spot round depending on vacancy (if any). The various steps in the MET counselling procedure 2021 are-

Candidates should note that fresh MET 2021 counselling registration will be allowed at the starting of each round. Candidates will have to register for MET counselling 2021 by logging into the counselling portal using the application number as login ID and OTBS (Online Test Slot Booking) password as password.
MET 2021 was conducted as a remote-proctored exam from June 11 to 14. MET results 2021 were declared on the official website.
