NEW DELHI: The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra will close the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) 2023 counselling online registration process for BE, BTech and Integrated MTech programmes tomorrow, July 3. Candidates who qualified MHT CET exam can register for the counselling round by visiting the website, cetcell.mahacet.org.

The MHT CET counselling registration fee for general category candidates of Maharashtra, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), union territory of Jammu and Kashmir and union territory of Ladakh migrant candidates, as well as Children of Indian Workers in Gulf Countries (CIWGC) is Rs 800. On the other hand, reserved category candidates belonging to Maharashtra are required to pay an application fee of Rs 600.
The process of document verification and confirmation of applications for MHT CET 2023 will also conclude tomorrow. In case any errors are found in the applications, candidates will be notified about the specific details of the errors. They will then need to edit the reverted application form and resubmit it for e-scrutiny by July 4.

It is important to note that applications registered after July 3 will only be considered for Non-CAP seats. Therefore, candidates are advised to ensure that their applications are submitted and verified within the specified timeline to be eligible for the Centralized Admission Process (CAP) seats.
The counselling process for MHT CET 2023 involves various steps such as CAP registration, document upload, and choice filling. Candidates need to participate in the CET web options entry, where they can select their preferred choices of institutes and courses. Once the option entry is complete, the authorities will evaluate the choices and announce the MHT CET 2023 seat allotment result.
After the seat allotment, candidates must report to the allotted institute to confirm their admission. This includes submitting the necessary documents and paying the required fees as part of the MHT CET 2023 counselling process.
