Check NowNEW DELHI : The state Common Entrance Test (CET) cell, Maharashtra will close the registration window for the MHT CET 2024 with late fee today, March 15. Aspirants who have not applied yet can fill the MHT CET application form 2024 through the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org. The last date to make fee payment is March 16.
Candidates will have to pay a late fee of Rs 500 along with the examination fee. For open candidates from Maharashtra, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), and Jammu and Kashmir migrants, the application fee is Rs 1,000. The backward class candidates, Persons with Disabilities (PwD), orphan and transgender candidates will have to pay Rs 800.
How to apply for MHT CET 2024?
- Go to the official website, cetcell.mahacet.org
- Click on ‘Candidate registration AY 2024-25’
- Register and generate login credentials
- Login with generated credentials and fill the application form
- Upload the documents
- Click on ‘save changes’ to complete the registration
Students are advised to fill their names, date of birth, email ID, and mobile number as these fields cannot be edited. “In case, a candidate makes any mistake in filling up these fields and saves the form, the candidate would have to ‘Raise a Ticket’ on the helpdesk module for updating these fields,” the CET cell informed.
This was the second extension of registration for MHT CET 2024. Initially, MHT CET 2024 application submission window closed on March 2 which was further extended to March 8 without late fee.
MHT CET exam 2024 will be conducted from April 16 to 30 for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered at state engineering colleges.
